requires that when the applicant is the person on whom the sentence was imposed, they must serve on the respondent a copy of the notice under clause 89 within 7 days after filing the notice and in accordance with the requirements for service on an informant in clause 340. When the informant makes the application on behalf of the person sentenced, they must serve personally on the person a copy of the notice under clause 89 within 7 days after filing the notice and in accordance with the requirements for personal service in clause 339.
