Clause 208

allows a sentence indication under clause 207 to be given on the application of the accused with the consent of the prosecutor. Such an indication may be given only once during the proceeding, unless the prosecutor otherwise consents. If an application is made in respect of a charge that is not on the indictment, the accused must specify the charge in the application. Finally, the clause gives the court the power to refuse to give a sentence indication under clause 207.
