sets out the general rules of service which apply unless this Bill or any other Act or the rules of court provide otherwise. It provides for four categories of service, namely—
if a document is to be served personally, it must be served in accordance with clause 339;
if a document is to be served on the informant or the DPP, it must be served in accordance with clause 340;
if a document is to be served on a company, registered body, incorporated association or other body corporate, it must be served in accordance with clause 341; and
in any other case, a document may be served in accordance with clause 342 (ordinary service).
