Clause 379

repeals section 105 of the Sentencing Act 1991. Because of the definition of original jurisdiction (in particular in (d)) in clause 3, the appeal right contained in clauses 276 and 278 applies to proceedings for breach of a sentencing order. This clarified appeal right renders the appeal right in section 105 redundant.
