sets out orders which the Court of Appeal must or may make following a successful appeal which include setting aside the appeal and substituting a new appropriate sentence (whether more less severe) or remitting the matter. If the Court of Appeal remits a matter to the originating court it can give directions as if the matter is to be re-heard.
