provides for the determination of sentence appeals to the Court of the Appeal from the County Court (on appeal from the Magistrates' Court). The clause now distinguishes between finding error and re-sentencing as described in relation to clause 281. If the Court of Appeal is considering imposing a more severe sentence than the sentence originally imposed, it must warn the appellant as early as possible of that possibility.
