Clause 8

concerns the description of persons in charges. Subclause (1) requires such a description or designation in a charge of a person to be reasonably sufficient to identify the person. Subclause (2) provides that, if it is impracticable to do this, a description or designation must be given that is reasonably practicable in the circumstances; or the person may be described as "a person unknown".
