Clause 105

provides that the informant must serve notice of an order made under clause 104(1) on both the subject of the order and the accused. Subclause (2) sets out requirements as to the form and service of such a notice. Subclause (3) provides that section 134(1) of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 (contempt of court) applies to anyone ordered to attend court under clause 104(1) as if the order were a summons and they were a witness who had been given or tendered any required conduct money.
