Clause 160

allows an indictment to be filed in the Supreme Court or in the County Court, provided that all of the indictable offences alleged in the indictment are within that court's jurisdiction. Subclause (2) obliges the DPP or a Crown Prosecutor to have regard to a number of specified factors when determining whether to file an indictment in the Supreme Court or in the County Court.
