provides that where a written request has been made, the informant must serve the full brief at least 14 days before the contest mention hearing or, if no contest mention hearing is held, at least 14 days before the summary hearing. This timeframe may be varied by the Magistrates' Court under subclause (3). If a full brief is not served within the timeframes, the Magistrates' Court may make an order for service of the full brief in accordance with clause 46. Subclause (4) recognises that the informant and the accused may agree to more limited disclosure than is required in the full brief.
