allows the Governor in Council to make regulations with respect to a range of specified matters. These are set out in subclause (1) and are—
prescribing the costs of and incidental to various specified proceedings in the County Court and Supreme Court;
prescribing allowances and expenses for witnesses and interpreters in various specified circumstances; and
prescribing allowances and expenses for special commissioners appointed by the Court of Appeal.
The Governor in Council may also make regulations with respect to any other matter or thing required or permitted by this Bill to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to the Bill. Pursuant to subclause (2), such regulations may be of general or limited application and may differ according to differences in time, place or circumstance.
