provides that if the party against whom evidence of an admission is being led raises an issue in the proceeding about whether the admission was influenced by violent, oppressive, inhuman or degrading conduct, or by a threat of such conduct, evidence of the admission is not admissible unless the court is satisfied that the admission was not influenced by that conduct or by a threat of that conduct.
