Clause 168

provides that a party has 21 days to make a request, after receiving notice of another party's intention to adduce evidence of a previous representation, or of a conviction in order to prove a fact in issue, or tender a document in evidence or to prove the contents of another document. The court may give leave to make such a request after 21 days if there is good reason to do so.
