provides that, unless evidence sufficient to raise doubt is adduced, a postal article sent by pre-paid post addressed to a person at a specified address was received at that address on the fourth working day (as defined) after posting. This presumption does not apply in a proceeding between all parties to a contract in relation to the contract if the presumption is inconsistent with a term of that contract.
