enables a court to admit evidence provisionally even if its relevance is not immediately apparent. The court may find the evidence is prima facie relevant evidence if it is reasonably open to find the evidence relevant based on the evidence alone or on the basis it would be reasonably open to do so once some other further evidence is subsequently admitted.
