provides for evidence of a document that is a Commonwealth record or a State or Territory public document to be given by production of a document that purports to be such a record or document or that purports to be a copy of or extract from that record that is certified by a Minister. Evidence will also be able to be given if such a record or document is signed or sealed or certified to be a copy or extract by a person who might reasonably be supposed to have custody of it.
