enables the court to limit the use to be made of evidence where there is a danger that a particular use might be unfairly prejudicial or misleading or confusing. Under the Bill, evidence can be used to support any rational inference once the evidence is admitted for any reason. This clause gives the court discretion to admit evidence and limit its use instead of leaving it with a power only to admit or to exclude.
