provides that a court may make orders to ensure that a party can adequately inspect documents that require interpretation by a qualified person or from which sounds, images or writing can be reproduced. The clause also extends the power of a person or body to make rules of court in relation to the discovery, exchange, inspection or disclosure of intended evidence, documents and reports of persons intended to be called to give evidence.
