Clause 381 Maximum fine for body corporate
After section 113D(1) of the Sentencing Act 1991 insert— "(1A) Despite subsection (1), if a body corporate is found guilty by the Magistrates' Court in a summary hearing of an indictable offence, the maximum fine that the Court may impose on the body corporate is 2500 penalty units.
