Clause 375 Definitions inserted
(1)In section 3(1) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 insert the following definitions— "authorised person means a person referred to in Schedule 3 to the Criminal Procedure Act 2008;
DPP has the same meaning as in the Criminal Procedure Act 2008;".
(2)In section 3(1) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 in the definition of sentencing
order—
(a)in paragraph (a), after "other than" insert "an order incidental to or preparatory to the making of the order or";
