Clause 374 Consequential amendments
(1)In the Magistrates' Court Act 1989—
(a)in section 3(1), the definitions of committal mention date, depositions, hearing date, informant, mention date, sentencing order and sexual offence are repealed;
(b)in section 4F(1)(c)(iii), after "adjournment" insert ", under section 59 of the Criminal Procedure Act 2008,";
(c)Division 2 (except sections 29, 43, 44, 45, 50 and 52) of Part 4 is repealed;
