Clause 252 Offence for corporate accused to fail to appear

(1)A corporate accused must comply with an order made under section 144(2)(d). Penalty: 240 penalty units.

(2)If the court orders a corporate accused to appear at any other hearing, the corporate accused must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to appear, by a representative or a legal practitioner, at the hearing. Penalty: 240 penalty units.
