Clause 248 Parties must inform Juries Commissioner of certain events

If a party to a criminal proceeding listed for trial before a jury becomes aware of any event that affects— the party must inform the Juries Commissioner as soon as practicable after the party becomes aware of the event.
(a)whether or not a jury will be required for the trial; or
(b)when a jury will be required for the trial; or
(c)the dates on which persons will be required to attend for jury service—
