6H Issue of search warrant by magistrate
(1)Section 465 of the Crimes Act 1958 applies to and in respect of an offence against section 6F of this Act as if it were an indictable offence.
(2)The other provisions of Subdivision (31) of Division 1 of Part III of the Crimes Act 1958 apply in relation to a warrant issued under section 465 of that Act, as applied by subsection (1), as if an offence against section 6F of this Act were an indictable offence.
