6F Locking or securing one person to another person or a thing at public protest
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, use a thing or a substance to lock or otherwise secure any person (including themselves) to another person, or to a surface or other thing, at a place where a public protest is occurring if—Penalty: 120 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months or both.
