51E Review of certain amendments
(1)The Attorney-General must cause a review to be conducted of the operation of the amendments made—
(a)by section 3 of the Crimes Amendment (Retail, Fast Food, Hospitality and Transport Worker Harm) Act 2025 to the Crimes Act 1958; and
(b)by sections 7 and 10 of the Crimes Amendment (Retail, Fast Food, Hospitality and Transport Worker Harm) Act 2025 to this Act.
(2)The review must be commenced no later than 2 years after the day on which Part 3 of the Crimes Amendment (Retail, Fast Food, Hospitality and Transport Worker Harm) Act 2025 comes into operation.
(3)The Attorney-General must cause a copy of the review to be laid before each House of the Parliament no later than 14 sitting days after receiving it.
