42C Procedural defect or irregularity
(1)A person's appointment to an office or position, and anything done by a person for the time being holding or acting in an office or position, is not invalid only because of a defect or irregularity in or in relation to the making of the person's appointment to that office.
(2)A delegation, and anything done under the delegation (including any subdelegation), is not invalid only because of a defect or irregularity in or in relation to the making of the delegation.
