56 Who may file charge-sheet

(1)Unless otherwise expressly provided any police officer or any protective services officer or any inspector or other employee in the Department of Health or any member of the staff of any municipal council may file a charge-sheet charging an offence against any of the provisions of this Act.

(2)No fee shall be payable on the issue of a summons to answer to a charge for an offence against this Act.
