48 Entering in pursuit of homing pigeons
Any person entering upon enclosed land or premises for the purpose of killing wounding disabling ensnaring taking or in any way injuring or destroying a homing pigeon of which he is not the owner shall be guilty of an offence. Penalty: 1 penalty unit.
