94I Proceedings in relation to orders
If, immediately before 1 July 2014, a proceeding in relation to an order made under Part 5 of this Act (as in force immediately before 1 July 2014) is part heard or is adjourned, the proceeding is to be determined by the court in accordance with the relevant provisions of the 2014 Act and Part 5 of this Act (as in force on and after 1 July 2014) in relation to the Order under the 2014 Act or Part 5 of this Act (as in force on and after 1 July 2014) that is taken to be the Order under the Sentencing Act 1991 (as in force immediately before 1 July 2014).
