85 Enforcement of restitution order
(1)Subject to section 30 or section 36ZA of the Confiscation Act 1997, an order made under subsection (1)(c), (4), (4A) or (4B) of section 84 must be taken to be a judgment debt due by the offender to the person in whose favour the order is made and payment of any amount remaining unpaid under the order may be enforced in the court by which it was made.
(2)An order made under section 84, other than an order referred to in subsection (1), may be enforced in the court by which it was made by any means available to that court of enforcing an order made by it in a civil proceeding.
