48B Definitions
In this Division—
S. 48B (Heading) substituted by No. 32/2013 s. 27(1).S. 48B inserted by No. 65/2011 s. 21.
child protection order means any of the following orders under the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005—
S. 48B def. of child protection order inserted by No. 32/2013 s. 27(2), substituted by No. 61/2014 s. 170(2).
(a)an interim accommodation order;
(b)a family preservation order;
family violence has the same meaning as in the Family Violence Protection Act 2008;
safety means safety from family violence, physical or mental harm.
