62 Endorsing a warrant for bail
(1)The person issuing a warrant to arrest against any person may endorse the warrant with a direction that that person must on arrest be released on bail as specified in the endorsement.
(2)An endorsement under subsection (1) must fix the amounts in which the principal and the bail guarantors, if any, are to be bound and the amount of any money or the value of any security to be deposited.
