110A Appeals from Court constituted by Chief Magistrate who is a dual commission holder

Unless this Act or another Act otherwise provides, an appeal from the Court constituted by the Chief Magistrate who is a dual commission holder, which would be an appeal to the County Court if the Chief Magistrate were not a dual commission holder, shall be to the Court of Appeal.
