Clause 8 Environment Protection Act 1970
8.1 Indictable offences under the Environment Protection Act 1970, but if there are 2 or more accused, one of whom is a natural person charged under section 66B of that Act, and the charges must be heard together, the maximum fine that the Court may impose on the natural person in respect of a single offence is 2500 penalty units.
