Clause 73 Prosecutor's closing address
(1)In a hearing under this Part— the Magistrates' Court may grant leave, if it is appropriate to do so, to the prosecutor to address the court for the purpose of summing up the evidence.
(a)after the close of all evidence; and
(b)before the closing address of the accused, if any, under section 74—
(2)The Magistrates' Court may limit the length of the closing address of the prosecutor.
