464 Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Amendment (Family Violence, Stalking and Other Matters) Act 2026

(1)Division 3 of Part 8.2, as amended by a provision of Division 1 of Part 4 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Family Violence, Stalking and Other Matters) Act 2026, applies to a criminal proceeding that commences on or after the day on which that provision comes into operation.
(2)Division 6 of Part 8.2, as amended by a provision of Division 1 of Part 4 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Family Violence, Stalking and Other Matters) Act 2026, applies to a criminal proceeding in which an indictment is filed on or after the day on which that provision comes into operation.
