359 Application of Division

(1)This Division applies to a criminal proceeding that relates (wholly or partly) to a charge for—
(a)a sexual offence; or
(ab)an offence against section 195N(1) or 195O(1) of the Crimes Act 1958; or

S. 359(1)(b) amended by No. 30/2010 s. 66(1), substituted by No. 5/2025 s. 40.
(ba)an offence against section 21A(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 (stalking); or
S. 359(1)(ba) inserted by No. 1/2026 s. 73.
(c)an offence against section 17(1) or 19 of the Summary Offences Act 1966.
