644 Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2025
On and after the commencement of Part 4 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2025, sections 464T, 464U, 464V, 464W and 464X as in force immediately before that commencement continue to apply, despite the amendments made by that Part, in relation to an application under section 464T(1), 464U(3) or 464V(2) that was made but not determined before that commencement.
