464ZS Immunity of the IBAC and sworn IBAC Officers
(1)The IBAC or a sworn IBACOfficer is not personally liable for anything necessarily or reasonably done or omitted to be done in good faith—
(a)in the performance of a duty or a function or the exercise of a power under this Subdivision; or
(b)in the reasonable belief that the act or omission was in the performance of a duty or a function or the exercise of a power under this Act.
(2)Any liability resulting from an act or omission that would, but for subsection (1), attach to the IBAC or a sworn IBACOfficer attaches instead to the State.
